The S20 is a wireless photoelectric smoke sensor. It alarms on smoke or over-threshold temperature — an 83 dB sounder on-site, an instant alert to your remote server. Options include CO₂/TVOC early-burning detection, human detection, and a camera that sends a JPEG image with every alarm. Several network versions are available.

83 dB sound pressure

>3–5 years standby by model
Φ130 × 32 mm body, 150–155 g

Whole-home early warning with optional air quality and occupancy sensing — no hubs, no wiring.

Ceiling-mounted detection with centralised alerting for multi-floor commercial buildings.

Battery-powered deployment where cabling is impossible, with JPEG verification on alarm.

Discreet design, remote testing and low-battery warnings across hundreds of rooms.

Instant remote alerts give caregivers immediate awareness, with optional human detection.

Optional TVOC/CO₂ sensing catches overheating materials before open flames develop.
Five radio variants share one enclosure, one app and one data protocol family.

If you have in-building WiFi coverage, S20-W is the simplest option. For wide-area deployments without local infrastructure, S20-4 (4G LTE) works nearly anywhere with cellular coverage; S20-N (NB-IoT) and S20-L (LoRaWAN) are ideal for very low-power wide-area networks, and S20-S covers Sigfox regions. Battery life is longest on LoRaWAN and Sigfox (5+ years).
Yes. The camera option (not available on the Sigfox variant) captures a JPEG image when an alarm occurs, including at night, and reports it together with the alarm to your server.
Devices can be tested by button, via the app, or — on the LTE model — by SMS. The unit reports its own battery level and sends a low-power warning, so maintenance is condition-based rather than scheduled.
The S20 detects rising temperature and humidity changes in the early stages of overheating, before visible smoke is present. Optional TVOC and CO₂ sensors add further early-burning sensitivity, but they noticeably increase power consumption.
Send us your deployment size and network environment — we will recommend the right standard variant and options. Private-label, firmware and platform-integration support is available for qualified projects.
